Brazilian BBQ in Saigon, the gaúcho way
Brazilian BBQ means churrasco: cuts of beef, pork and chicken seasoned with coarse salt and grilled over fire. At Brasa it is served rodízio-style, which means the meat comes to you. Passadores walk through the dining room with long skewers of picanha, cupim, bananinha, salsichão and more, and carve slices straight onto your plate until you tell them to stop.
The cooking follows the gaúcho tradition of Rio Grande do Sul, the southern Brazilian state known for its churrasco. Our owner, William Cazara, comes from there. The menu keeps to what that tradition values: good meat, coarse salt and an open fire, with nothing hiding the flavour.
Is rodízio the same as a buffet?
Not quite. In a self-service buffet you walk to a counter and fill your own plate. At a rodízio dinner the hot meat is brought to your table and carved fresh by a passador, so it arrives at the right temperature and in slices as thick or thin as you like. You pay one price per adult and eat as much as you want.
Many people in Saigon call this “buffet thịt nướng Brazil”, and that describes the all-you-can-eat part well. The difference is that you never queue and nothing sits under a heat lamp. Salads and sides are set out for you to help yourself between the meats.

Brazilian BBQ buffet near Thảo Điền, District 2 and Thủ Đức
If you are looking for an all-you-can-eat grilled meat dinner near you, Brasa is in An Khánh, Thủ Đức, about 10 minutes from Thảo Điền and across the river from District 1. Skewers of beef, pork and chicken are carved at your table, so you eat as much as you like without queuing at a counter.
Free parking is next to the restaurant, and dinner is served every day from 17:00 to 22:00. The map and directions are further down this page.
How much does Brazilian BBQ cost at Brasa?
A rodízio dinner at Brasa costs 699,000₫ per adult. That covers every cut that comes to the table, the salad bar and the sides. Drinks are separate, and a 5% service charge is added to the bill.
Book on our website at least one day ahead and the price drops to 649,000₫ per adult. This online rate is valid for bookings made until 31 October 2026 and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Children under 4 eat free, children aged 4 to 12 pay 350,000₫, and guests aged 13 and over pay the adult price. From Monday to Wednesday there is also Bring 4, Pay 3: one rodízio is free for every four adults. Every current offer is on our promotions page.
What is on the table?
Brasa serves 15 items in the rodízio, from beef to pork, chicken and grilled pineapple. A few that guests ask for most:
- Picanha (top sirloin cap): the classic churrasco cut, with a fat cap that keeps it juicy.
- Cupim (beef hump): richly marbled and best in small slices.
- Bananinha (beef rib strip): small strips of rib with a deep, beefy flavour.
- Salsichão (Brazilian sausage): savoury and well seasoned.
- Panceta (pork belly) and chicken thighs, for something lighter between the beef.

Where is Brasa, and how do you get here from District 1?
Brasa is at 39 Đường số 52, KDC Văn Minh, An Khánh, Thủ Đức, Ho Chi Minh City. We are not in District 1 or Bình Thạnh: we are across the river from both, on the Thủ Đức side, close to Thảo Điền and District 2.
From District 1 and Bình Thạnh, cross the Thủ Thiêm bridge and continue into An Khánh. From Thảo Điền the restaurant is about 10 minutes away. There is free parking next to the restaurant.

We serve dinner every day from 17:00 to 22:00. There is no lunch service.
